As a Product Manager at Optimizely, you will be responsible for shaping the future of our experimentation solution, which is a core pillar of our platform. You will work closely with our customers and engineering teams to deliver a best-in-class product experience. As part of the experimentation analytics team, you will manage the metrics and analytics features on top of our data platform that processes over 1 billion user interactions per day.

Job Responsibilities

  • Our experiment results experience, ensuring we maximize the number and quality of insights our customers get from our data
  • Our metrics experience, enabling our customers set up metrics and manage them across teams
  • Our analytics capabilities beyond experiment results

Knowledge and Experience

  • 5-8 years product experience; or 3-5 years product experience with extensive experience with Optimizely (internal transfer or as a customer)
  • Experience managing data or technical products
  • Experience in data analysis, analytics, experimentation, or data science
  • An analytical mindset. You approach problems from an inquisitive and scientific perspective. You are comfortable running quantitative analysis to help drive decisions, but you also know how to balance quantitative and qualitative insights.
  • Great communication skills. Asking questions, listening and driving decision-making.
  • A growth mindset. You will be learning every day, from your awesome colleagues, our customers and we want you to take your career to the next level.
