Introduction

As Associate Product Manager – Growth, you'll work directly with the Opal U team, shipping real features to real users and seeing results in days — not quarters. This is a high-ownership, high-impact role for someone who wants to help shape how the world learns AI. 

You won't be sitting in meetings waiting for direction. You'll be on the platform, in the data, talking to learners, and building the systems that take Opal U from 1,000 to 10,000 weekly users. 

Job Responsibilities

 

  • Product Strategy & Prioritisation Own the question: "What should we build next?" You'll prioritise features based on learner feedback, cohort data, and what drives the most impact — keeping the roadmap sharp and focused as the platform scales. 

  • Metrics & Impact Measurement Build the measurement layer that proves Opal U's value. How many agents does each cohort produce? Which trainers drive the highest engagement? How does graduation translate into Opal adoption? You'll design the dashboards and feedback loops that make every decision data-informed. 

  • Platform Iteration & Testing Get hands-on with the platform. Test features before they go live. QA the agent builder, the onboarding flow, and the Discover page. Spot friction and help fix it fast. 

  • Scaling & Operations Help turn a fast-moving operation into a scalable engine — project-managing cohort logistics, supporting the waitlist, onboarding new facilitators, improving the certification experience, and building the processes that allow multiple cohorts to run simultaneously.

  • You think in systems. You see how strategy, metrics, product, and people connect — and you naturally ask "How do we measure this?"

  • You move fast. In a small team scaling a product used by Fortune 500 companies, speed and clarity are everything. 

Education

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
