Introduction
We are looking for a strategic, execution-oriented leader to serve as our Director of GTM Excellence, responsible for driving global go-to-market (GTM) enablement and productivity programs. This role will lead the design and delivery of scalable, role-based initiatives that empower customer-facing teams, accelerate readiness, and ensure excellent customer interactions.
Job Responsibilities
Leadership & Strategy
- Partner with the VP of Product Enablement and executive leadership to define and evolve the vision for role-based enablement and productivity programs.
- Align with cross-functional stakeholders to build a unified enablement roadmap and training calendar.
- Leverage AI-driven insights to identify skill gaps and shape the enablement strategy.
- Establish and track key performance metrics to measure impact and drive continuous improvement.
Program Development
- Design and implement high-impact enablement programs tailored to GTM roles (e.g., sales, customer success, sales development).
- Build scalable onboarding and continuous learning experiences that support every stage of the customer journey.
- Lead the creation and rollout of playbooks, talk tracks, and templates that support execution excellence in customer interactions.
- Own the strategy and content governance for GTM Buddy and the “Enablement AI Buddy” to ensure timely, relevant resources are always accessible and used in customer meetings.
- Deliver skill-based training in areas such as prospecting, discovery, negotiation, renewal management, and account planning.
- Provide enablement leadership for change initiatives, ensuring GTM teams are equipped to adopt new processes, systems, and methodologies.
Execution & Adoption
- Champion the use of AI and automation to enhance learning, productivity, and decision-making.
- Lead flagship initiatives including GTM Bootcamp, WIN calls, and sales methodology reinforcement.
- Run assessments and certifications to validate knowledge and application.
- Collaborate with HR and ELT to support leadership development and coaching programs.
Knowledge and Experience
- 10+ years of experience leading enablement functions, ideally with a strong foundation in sales enablement.
- Proven success in building and scaling global enablement programs that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Experience applying AI and automation to improve learning and operational efficiency.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and executive influence skills.
- Passion for developing people and enabling high-performance teams.
