Introduction

We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on Enablement Manager to lead and scale enablement for our global Sales Development Representative (SDR) team. In this role, you’ll own programs that support SDRs across North America, EMEA, and APJ—driving improvements in productivity, ramp time, messaging fluency, and performance consistency.

The ideal candidate brings direct experience in a quota-carrying sales role, ideally as an SDR, AE, or SDR Manager, and knows how to turn go-to-market priorities into practical, engaging training that sticks. You have strong organizational and interpersonal skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects, communicate effectively, and partner across Sales, Marketing, and Product. You're energized by helping early-career sellers build confidence, and you see AI and automation as powerful tools to make learning more personalized, scalable, and effective.

Job Responsibilities

· SDR Onboarding & Ramp: Own and continuously evolve the onboarding program to accelerate ramp and set SDRs up for long-term success.

· Ongoing Enablement: Design and lead learning programs focused on core SDR skills, e.g. prospecting, objection handling, persona-based messaging, qualification, and competitive differentiation.

· Sales Play & Product Readiness: Translate GTM priorities, product updates, and campaign messaging into clear, relevant, and actionable enablement for SDRs.

· AI-Enhanced Learning: Leverage AI tools to create smarter, adaptive learning experiences that support behavior change and ongoing skill development.

· Coaching & Field Support: Partner with SDR leaders to support call coaching, role plays, peer-to-peer learning, and continuous development opportunities.

· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Product Marketing, and Product teams to align on positioning, messaging, and enablement timing.

· Measure & Optimize: Define key enablement metrics tied to SDR performance (e.g., ramp time, attainment, call productivity, adoption) and continuously improve programs based on results.

Knowledge and Experience

· 3–5+ years of experience in sales or enablement, preferably in a high-growth SaaS environment

· Prior experience as an SDR, AE, or SDR Manager is strongly preferred

· Proven track record designing or leading enablement programs for SDRs or sales teams

· Strong understanding of top-of-funnel sales motions, including prospecting, cold outreach, and qualification

· Experience creating and delivering training across live, virtual, and self-guided formats

· Clear, confident communication and facilitation skills—comfortable engaging new hires and experienced sellers alike

· Familiarity with sales methodologies, AI and enablement tools, and instructional design best practices

· Strong project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and drive execution across teams

· Experience in a multi-product company and working across multiple personas and segments

· Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
