Introduction

The ideal candidate will have experience in the coordination & delivery of training programs. This role requires a well-rounded individual who has excellent organizational and interpersonal skills as well as proven project management and coordination skills. You will assist in the coordination of key project deliverables including helping track, communicate progress, and deliver updates on the development of new hires. This creative, self-starting candidate should have the ability to work well with and gain the respect of both internal and external colleagues.

Job Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver a continuous learning onboarding experience including live, digital and observational training for all go to market roles. Innovate enablement planning and delivery through the strategic use of AI tools, including Optimizely Opal, to personalize and optimize the learning experience.
  • Serve as a coach and mentor to existing customer-facing teams (SDRs, CSMs, AEs), providing ongoing support and guidance to enhance their product knowledge, sales skills, and overall performance.
  • Execute a blend of training methods to maximize learning retention and scalability. e.g. live classroom training, asynchronous e-learning, live virtual sessions, role-plays, hands-on product workshops, etc.
  • Act as liaison between the GTM team and other cross functional teams, particularly marketing and customer success.

Knowledge and Experience

  • 3–5+ years of experience in sales or a sales-support role, preferably within a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment.
  • Experience operating in a multi-product company and adapting messaging across various buyer personas and verticals.
  • Excellent project management instincts. Ability to manage multiple projects at one time. PMP certification or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • Strong presentation skills. The ability to own the room confidently and holds people's attention.
  • Experience explaining complex concepts in a clear, succinct and concrete way.
  • Highly motivated and entrepreneurial – you not only can spot problems, but you can marshal resources towards creative solutions.
  • Experience leveraging standard learning creation tools and knowledge management tools to create effective learning programs.
  • Instructional design experience a plus.
  • Excels in executing, establishing priorities, and meeting swift deadlines in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.

Education

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
