Introduction

The AI Growth Strategist is a key hybrid role that sits at the intersection of pipeline generation, AI-driven workflow automation, and growth experimentation. This role focuses on pipeline generation programs and building high-leverage AI workflows that can be scaled across the global SDR organization. The AI Growth Strategist will report to the SDR Strategy and Operations team, and partner closely with SDR Leadership, Ops, GTM, and Marketing to design experiments, validate what works, and translate proven plays into repeatable processes that drive efficiency, consistency, and increased pipeline creation.

Job Responsibilities

Pipeline Generation

· Own a dedicated pipeline target for AI based campaigns and tests.

· Continuously experiment with messaging, triggers, cadences, and list strategies to improve conversion rates.

· Regularly share campaign performance, experiment results, and recommended next steps.

 

AI-Driven Experimentation & Workflow Innovation

· Use Opal and other AI tools (Clay, Qualified AI, internal automations) to develop scalable pipeline generating workflows.

· Design structured experiments: hypothesis → methodology → results → recommendations.

· Analyze experiment data to uncover patterns, efficiencies, and opportunities for leverage.

· Test and refine processes that reduce manual work and improve SDR efficiency.

· Create documentation, templates, and playbooks based on successful experiments.

 

Scaling Insights to the SDR Organization

· Translate successful experiments into actionable, repeatable SDR plays that build pipeline and increase SDR efficiency

· Partner with SDR Enablement and Ops to roll out new workflows, training, and documentation.

· Serve as an internal subject-matter resource on Opal usage within SDR workflows.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

· Work with Ops, Marketing, and the Opal GTM team to align on experiment priorities and share insights.

· Maintain consistent communication with SDR Leadership on performance, blockers, and opportunities.

· Participate in Opal and GTM meetings to ensure alignment across the revenue organization.

Knowledge and Experience

Knowledge and Experience
•    1-2 years of SaaS SDR experience and/or strong prospecting background with proven success in pipeline generation
•    Strong understanding of AI tools (e.g., Opal, Clay, Qualified) and high prompting proficiency
•    Demonstrated results of creating workflows to improve outcomes, especially using AI
•    Proven ability for data-driven decision making and translating data into insights
•    Outstanding written communication skills, especially around crafting clear, concise messaging and internal documentation
•    Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
•    Creative problem solver who thrives in ambiguity and iterates quickly.
•    Systems thinker who can scale successes to a wider organization 
Preferred Skills
•    Experience using or building no-code automations within GTM workflows.
•    Familiarity with intent signals, data tools, or enrichment platforms (e.g., 6sense, UserGems, Clay).
•    Interest in growth, GTM ops, or product-adjacent future roles.
