Introduction
Job Responsibilities
· Workforce Planning: Partner with executives to develop workforce strategies that support business growth, organizational design, and cost optimization.
· Compensation Planning: Advise leaders on compensation planning, ensuring pay decisions are market competitive, equitable, and aligned with business strategy.
· Talent Review & Succession Planning: Lead talent review processes and assist leadership teams in calibrating rating decisions, assess bench strength, and partner with leaders to build succession and development plans.
· Employee Survey Analysis & Action Planning: Translate survey insights into meaningful action plans with leaders, driving measurable improvements in engagement and culture.
· Manager Coaching: Provide coaching and guidance to leaders and managers on performance management, employee development, and team effectiveness.
· Data-Driven Insights: Use analytics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, presenting actionable insights that influence executive decision-making.
· Change Leadership: Support leaders in navigating organizational change with effective communication, planning, and stakeholder engagement.
Knowledge and Experience
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
· 4+ years of progressive HR experience, with demonstrated success as an HR Business Partner or similar role.
· Proven ability to influence senior leaders using strong communication skills and data-driven insights.
· Experience with workforce planning, compensation cycles, talent reviews, and employee engagement strategies.
· Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and present recommendations.
· Exceptional coaching skills, with a track record of helping managers improve leadership effectiveness.
· Naturally curious and proactive; asks questions to uncover root causes and challenge assumptions.
· Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.

Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or another relevant discipline. Masters degree preferred
