Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to understand customer requirements and articulate the value of Optimizely solutions.
- Design and present tailored solutions to meet customer needs, leveraging Optimizely's CMS, CMP, and other products.
- Demonstrate deep AI product and domain knowledge to enhance solution offerings and address complex customer challenges.
- Serve as a technical expert in presales engagements, providing insights and recommendations to drive successful sales outcomes.
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations, demos, and proof of concepts that showcase the capabilities and benefits of Optimizely solutions.
- Build strong relationships with prospective clients, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful solution delivery.
Knowledge and Experience
- 5+ years of proven experience as a Solution Architect, preferably in the digital experience or software industry.
- Strong knowledge of AI products and domains, with the ability to integrate AI capabilities into customer solutions.
- Familiarity with Optimizely's product suite, particularly CMS and CMP, is highly desirable.
- Technical front-end development skills, with proficiency in relevant technologies and frameworks.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and driven, with a passion for delivering innovative solutions to customers.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Education
Master's of Science or Business Administration preferred or equivalent work experience. Computer Science background preffered.
