Introduction

As a Senior Value & Adoption Advisor (Experimentation), you will combine deep product and experimentation expertise with strategic customer consulting to help customers increase adoption and realize measurable value from Optimizely. You will work with priority and at-risk customers to understand program maturity, product usage and barriers to adoption, then provide clear, outcome-focused recommendations and workshops. The role spans Optimizely’s Experience Optimization product suite, including Optimizely Experimentation, Personalization Optimizely Analytics & Agentic platform. 

Job Responsibilities

•  Consult directly with strategic, high-risk and under-adopted accounts to assess product usage, experimentation maturity, and opportunities to increase adoption and value. 

•  Lead structured maturity and value assessments, using product data, customer context, program goals and best practices to identify gaps and build prioritized recommendations and success plans. 

•  Provide strategic guidance on experimentation program development, including goals and measurement, ideation, prioritization, governance, executive sponsorship, operating models, analysis and results communication. 

•  Support customers with adoption of agentic patform & AI-powered capabilities by identifying relevant use cases, demonstrating available agents and workflows, and providing guidance on how to embed them into experimentation processes. 

•  Guide customers toward broader and deeper use of Optimizely capabilities, including adoption of underused functionality, new product experiences and advanced experimentation approaches where they align with customer goals and program maturity. 

•  Partner with customer stakeholders from practitioners through senior leaders and executives to connect product adoption to business outcomes and strengthen sponsorship. 

•  Collaborate closely with Optimizely Customer Success, Product, Education, and Professional Services to provide a unified customer experience, surface adoption barriers and drive outcome-focused retention and renewal impact. 

•  Translate product usage, maturity signals and customer feedback into actionable insights, including adoption trends, program risks, business impact and opportunities for future product usage or capability development. 

•  Create and scale repeatable adoption plays, enablement, communications and resources that support both targeted customer interventions and broader adoption priorities across the customer base. 

Knowledge and Experience

•  5+ year’s experience in experimentation/CRO, working either customer side or agency side. 

•  Strong understanding of experimentation best practices. 

•  Confidence working with customer stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including practitioners, product and engineering teams, senior management and executives. 

•  Strong facilitation, storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority and tailor recommendations to different audiences. 

•  Curiosity and practical understanding of AI-enabled workflows, with the ability to help customers identify appropriate AI use cases, adopt new capabilities responsibly and integrate them into existing ways of working. 

•  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 

•  Able to manage multiple customer engagements and internal initiatives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, balancing strategic depth with scalable delivery. 

•  Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and experience.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience

Total Target Compensation range: $109,000-$185,000

Optimizely considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education/training, and key skills.
