Introduction

The Associate Integration Manager supports and coordinates the development of third-party integrations to Optimizely Campaign and collaborates with Optimizely suppliers. This role is essential for enabling our customers to integrate the Optimizely Campaign into external workflows efficiently and without disruption. The Associate Integration Manager works closely third-party vendors, to coordinate, implement, and troubleshoot integrations and technical agencies of our customers, as well as with internal teams (such as product, engineering, and customer success). The Associate Integration Manager supports and coordinates the development of third-party integrations to Optimizely Campaign and collaborates with Optimizely suppliers. This role is essential for enabling our customers to integrate the Optimizely Campaign into external workflows efficiently and without disruption. The Associate Integration Manager works closely third-party vendors, to coordinate, implement, and troubleshoot integrations and technical agencies of our customers, as well as with internal teams (such as product, engineering, and customer success).

Job Responsibilities

  • Take over responsibility for internal communication to necessary departments
  • Prepare and manage successful GTM of solutions built by suppliers
  • Communicate and collaborate with suppliers
  • Make sure requirements meet market fit
  • Work with internal stakeholders for successful product placement. 
  • Research innovative solutions that are a good fit for Optimizely's product portfolio and generate value for our clients.
  • Have a creative mindset and push forward innovative solutions.

Knowledge and Experience

  • Ability to prioritize, organize, work independently, excellent time management
  • Team player 
  • Proficiency in state-of-the art technologies like TypeScript and React
  • Excellent communication skills - both English and German language proficiency 

Education

College degree and 2+ years of AP experience
