Introduction
We are seeking an energetic and creative Customer Marketing Manager to join our growing Customer & Product Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key customer-facing programs that drive product awareness, increase customer retention, and identify cross-sell opportunities. You will collaborate closely with product marketing, sales, customer success, and product teams to ensure a cohesive and impactful customer experience.
Job Responsibilities
- Peer Review Program Management: Oversee our peer review program, including actively managing ratings, soliciting new reviews, and amplifying customer content both internally and externally.
- Product Roadmap Campaign Management: Partner with product marketing to develop and execute comprehensive campaigns around product roadmap updates, across web, email, and social channels.
- Customer Gifting and Customer Stories: Support the wider customer marketing team with gifting initiatives and the development of compelling customer stories.
- Customer Advocacy: Manage the logistics of our "Customer Confidential" series at various events, including working with the agency, overseeing room setup, and managing the interview diary.
- "Studio Ambassador”: Record customer interviews at our New York office and be the point of contact for our New York studio recording room.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the wider marketing organization, sales, customer success, and product teams to align customer marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
Knowledge and Experience
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, ideally with a focus on customer marketing, product marketing, and/or content creation.
- Proficiency in using CRM (e.g., Salesforce), webinar platforms (e.g., Zoom, GoToWebinar, Ring Central), and marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot).
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to track and measure campaign performance.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
