Introduction
As Associate Marketing Manager you will be responsible for assisting in driving inbound demand against a list of target accounts identified through collaboration with our SDR and enterprise sales teams. A successful candidate has an understanding of integrated and account-based marketing across the entire channel mix, including content, campaigns, paid media, digital and events. We are looking for a strong collaborator who will work with our SDR and Sales GTM team and across Marketing to design repeatable campaign playbooks that can scale up for all global markets.
Job Responsibilities

Collaborate with SDR and enterprise sales teams to plan, execute, and optimize end-to-end demand generation programs targeting key accounts.

Support the creation and execution of multi-channel campaigns including webinars, email nurtures, video content, paid media, social promotions, and events.

Partner closely with sales development to ensure timely, high-quality lead delivery and seamless follow-up; establish consistent feedback loops to refine campaigns and improve lead conversion.

Contribute to the development of repeatable, scalable campaign playbooks that can be applied across global markets.

Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, measure ROI, and recommend optimizations for increased efficiency and impact.

Maintain accountability for delivering high-quality, on-time work products individually and as part of cross-functional teams.

Assist in creating and distributing compelling content that engages target audiences and supports account-based marketing initiatives.

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment on messaging, priorities, and go-to-market strategies.

Stay up to date on industry trends, marketing technologies, and best practices to proactively recommend innovative approaches to demand generation
Work Hours: Monday to Friday 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM [Hybrid]
Knowledge and Experience

Minimum 2.5 years of work experience in demand generation or integrated marketing, preferably within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.

Proven experience executing multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, paid media, social, events, and content syndication) with measurable impact on pipeline and revenue.

Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to execute, monitor, and optimize campaign performance.

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data, generate insights, and recommend optimization strategies to improve ROI.

Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, SDR, content, and digital teams to ensure alignment and unified go-to-market execution.

Experience supporting or executing Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives across the funnel, including targeting, personalization, and engagement strategies.

Excellent communication and storytelling skills — able to translate complex marketing data into clear narratives for stakeholders at all levels.

Detail-oriented with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Proficiency with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or other performance marketing platforms.

Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and an eagerness to test, learn, and scale successful campaigns.

Building business acumen and understanding of the fundamentals of customer lifecycle, pipeline generation, and revenue growth.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
