Introduction

The primary goal of this role is to expand Optimizely's communities in size and influence and increase the number of engagements per member, contributing to the continuous expansion and development of individuals in the community.

 

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (4 PM to 12 AM)

Job Responsibilities

MVP Program Management

Purpose: to recognize, engage, and reward the most active and influential members of the user community, such as developers, consultants, and industry experts. These individuals often contribute significantly to the company's success by sharing their knowledge, promoting the brand, and providing valuable feedback.

· Develop and maintain the OMVP program strategy, goals, and processes.

· Identify, onboard, and engage potential OMVP candidates, managing the nomination and selection process.

· Coordinate and manage OMVP rewards, benefits, and recognition efforts.

· Facilitate communication and collaboration between OMVPs and Optimizely stakeholders, including product teams, education, and marketing.

· Collect, analyze, and report on MVP performance metrics, assessing the program's success and impact.

· Foster relationships with MVPs and ensure their ongoing commitment to the program.

· Continuously improve the MVP program based on feedback, metrics, and industry best practices.

Knowledge and Experience

• 3+ years of product marketing experience or event planning experience.

• Worked in B2B, enterprise software or SaaS/Cloud space before and ready to share and implement best practices.

• Experience working with vendors > restaurants, hotels, meeting spaces, SWAG providers etc.

• A strong interest in becoming the product expert and bringing the voice of the customer to the product development and launch process.

• Strong internal and external collaborator and communicator.

• Technical writing experience a plus.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience using Optimizely products a plus.
