Introduction
The Demo Engineering job family is responsible for understanding customer challenges and translating them into technical solutions and demonstrations. They craft experiences for customers that make complex technology feel intuitive, powerful and essential. They’re responsible for designing, building, maintaining, and evolving high-impact product demonstrations that showcase the company’s AI-powered marketing technology in a way that is relevant to customer use cases, technically accurate, and persuasive. The team ensures demos reflect real-world data, AI workflows, and measurable outcomes, while staying aligned with product roadmap, go-to-market strategy, and customer needs.

• Responsible for the delivery of specific demo features, workflows, or demo environments aligned to defined use cases.
• Accountable for delivering defined high-quality demo assets on time and according to established standards.

• Supports live and recorded demos by ensuring demo environments are accurate, functional, and up to date.
• Troubleshoots and resolves common demo issues using documented processes and prior experience.

Work Hours: Monday to Friday : 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Knowledge and Experience
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience building modern frontend applications using React, with exposure to Astro or similar performance-focused frameworks for creating scalable, production-grade web experiences.Demonstrated experience working with martech stacks and automation workflows, strong understanding of JSON-based products and API-driven architectures, and practical familiarity with SaaS platforms in real-world implementation contexts.
- Familiarity with Optimizely products such as CMS and Web Experimentation is a big plus.
- Demonstrates working knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures related to demo engineering and mar-tech platforms.
- Executes standard demo configurations, data setups, and AI-enabled workflows with consistency.
- Beginning to develop more advanced or specialized skills in a specific demo focus area (e.g., personalization, experimentation, generative AI use cases).
- Starting to be recognized by the team for knowledge in a particular demo domain or product capability.
- Shows a willingness to learn about industry trends, AI capabilities, and best practices and apply learnings to future work.
- Leverages prior experience and feedback to improve execution and problem-solving over time.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
