Introduction
The Enablement Associate will play a critical role in supporting the Enablement team’s training and development initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and a desire to grow within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Working closely with the Enablement team and other GTM functions, the Associate will coordinate training programs, manage enablement content, and build relationships across our global organization.
Job Responsibilities
Training Coordination: Assist in designing and implementing scalable onboarding and training programs that prepare GTM teams to understand and articulate the value of our solutions.
Event Logistics: Coordinate and schedule training sessions and meetings, manage training-related content, and handle logistical tasks to ensure smooth delivery.
Content Management: Maintain and update enablement resources in collaboration ensuring content remains organized and relevant.
Data Tracking and Reporting: Track and report on training attendance, completion, and effectiveness. Support the definition and monitoring of metrics that measure program impact.
Administrative Support: Assist with managing certifications, keeping records up to date, and handling scheduling across multiple time zones.
Relationship Building: Build and nurture strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including GTM Leadership and cross-functional teams, to support enablement goals.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook for creating and managing documents, presentations, and communications effectively.
Work Hours: 2 PM to 10 PM
Knowledge and Experience
Excellent Public Speaker and Communicator: Must be confident in presenting to internal teams, The ability to convey information clearly and persuasively is essential.
Organizational Skills: Strong time management and organizational abilities, with experience in coordinating activities across various teams and time zones.
Project Management: Basic understanding of project management, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with using technology for content management, scheduling, and data tracking (experience with enablement platforms is a plus).
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in maintaining records and managing content.
Collaboration: Ability to work well cross-functionally and build relationships with various teams.
Adaptability: Flexible and solution-oriented, capable of adjusting to shifting priorities and requirements in a fast-paced environment.
Education

A bachelor’s degree or relevant professional experience preferred.

Previous experience in an administrative or support role, ideally within an enablement, training, or educational context.
