The ideal candidate will have experience in understanding technology solutions, and working with partners to understand how they can be integrated with Optimizely. The candidate will execute on the delivery of enablement sessions to help partners build effective sales and pre-sales teams and understand the ‘better together’ proposition.

This role requires a well-rounded individual who has excellent organizational and interpersonal skills as well as proven project management and coordination skills. This creative, self-starting candidate should have the ability to work well with and gain the respect of both internal and external colleagues.

Job Responsibilities

- Demonstrate the value of Optimizely.
- Ability to write compelling content e.g., Blog posts, and PowerPoint decks, which engage and enable audiences.
- Coordinate and deliver Partner training alongside the Partner Enablement, Solution Architecture & Internal Sales Enablement teams.
- Working closely with the Content Management and Digital Marketing teams to ensure that partner-related content is kept up to date.
- Work with partners to build out GTM content for use in the sales process, for webinars, and for promoting a partner integration on our website.
- Build relationships with Partner Leadership.
- Strong project management and organizational skills are required, with the ability to operate effectively with multiple priorities.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday : 2 pm to 10 pm

Knowledge and Experience

- Excellent communicator.
- Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to write for different audiences/cultures, using different formats and channels.
- Ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders and across partner organizations.
- Possesses product/technology/industry knowledge.
- Experience designing & developing content.
- Commitment to excellence, high integrity, high energy, and team player.
- Ability to excel and make an immediate impact in a fast-paced environment.


Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience

We currently work from home; however, we plan to return to the office by early Q2, 2023.
