Every team in Optimizely is responsible for driving customer outcomes, and GTM Ops is no exception. We ensure that executive management has the insights they need, that the field is empowered to exceed customer expectations, and that internal teams have the processes and tools to be effective. As a Financial Associate, you will help drive efficiencies across the business through data analysis and reporting. 



  • Manage GTM budget in conjunction with marketing and finance stakeholders. Responsibilities will include budget entry, PO management, invoice reconciliation, vendor analysis, and general financial analysis.
  • Ensure all data is correct and up to date by developing data checks and understanding underlying transactions; identify and implement processes that will drive data accuracy at the source

  • Partner with Marketing departments on budget management
  • Act as liaison between FP&A and GTM on budget reporting.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting.
  • Provide support to the Marketing team on operational matters like creating Purchase orders and invoice reconciliation
  • OPEX and other related analysis and reporting.
  • Act as liaison between offshore and onshore teams as required
  • Special projects may be assigned                 


Skills & Attributes:

  • Ability to understand business concepts and translate them into actionable processes
  • High attention to detail and stickler for accuracy
  • Ability to work in Netsuite
  • Excellent MS Office skills, specifically MS Excel.
  • Process-oriented with the ability to leverage existing systems
  • Can do attitude with a desire to learn
  • Team player with a strong ability to build cross-departmental relationships



  • BA / BS in Finance or related subject; MBA a plus; alternatively ACCA Part qualified.
  • 6 months - 1 year of financial experience.
  • Experience within a multi-currency environment is a plus.  
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Ability to switch from complex to routine tasks when required. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work from 2 pm - 10 pm (Bangladesh Standard Time).
