Introduction
The Learning Experience Associate Specialist is responsible for administrating the Education inbox, ticketing system, and project management tool. They work closely with the Instructional Designer and Learning Experience Manager to help manage the Learning Management System (LMS) including registering users, communicating with enrollees, providing training analytics, and pulling reports. The Learning Experience Associate Specialist is also responsible for keeping live sessions and recordings up to date, administrating certification and accreditation programs, aiding in content modality conversion, and content updates.
Job Responsibilities
• Provide exemplary service to customers, both internal and external
• Communicate with instructor-led training (ILT) participants on class details and other information; attend and moderate ILTs
• Manage the Optimizely Education email inbox, support ticket system, project management tool requests, and ensures issues are being resolved or escalated accordingly
• Work closely with instructors and administrative staff on entering data, pulling reports, and performing other functions in the LMS and other systems
• Assist in troubleshooting and escalating LMS and Zoom integration issues
• Standard contract drafting and ILT subscription management
• Manage scheduling, registrations and reporting of certification exams
• Contribute to the documentation of processes and creation of user manuals
• Edit data and records to ensure accuracy, and prepare and pull reports on a timely basis
• Help update content and convert content modalities as needed
• Working hours will be in support of Central European Time (CET)
Knowledge and Experience
• Previous experience of customer facing roles, preferably in support, training or service administration
• Working with learning management systems and customer relationship management systems; Salesforce experience preferred but not required
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word); previous experience with DocuSign preferred
• Basic understanding of sales, finance, and analytics
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, and respond to questions
• Efficiency in time management and ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced work environment
• Attention to detail when working with data, checking for errors and making appropriate corrections
• Ability to take initiative and handle various tasks simultaneously
• Strong English skills, both written and spoken
Education
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT or Telecommunication, or equivalent working experience.
