Introduction

The Order Management Specialist will report to the Manager, Order Management, and play a critical role in ensuring smooth and accurate execution of the end-to-end order fulfillment process. This role ensures that customer contracts are accurately translated into systems, subscriptions are set up correctly, and billing aligns with contractual and revenue recognition requirements. The specialist will work closely with Sales, Finance, RevRec, and ConOps to establish a strong operational foundation that drives accurate invoicing, renewals, and revenue reporting.


Working Hours: Sunday to Thursday (10 AM to 6 PM)

Job Responsibilities

· Accurately review and process incoming orders, ensuring compliance with company policies, pricing, and contractual terms.

· Set up customer accounts, subscriptions, and sales orders in NetSuite using the correct SKUs and terms.

· Ensure billing schedules and renewals align with signed agreements and revenue recognition guidelines.

· Maintain accurate data across Salesforce and NetSuite to support billing, invoicing, and reporting.

· Act as a point of contact for OM-related inquiries, working with Billing, Sales, Finance, and Customer Success to resolve order and billing issues.

· Perform quality checks on order entries, customer account updates, and documentation to uphold accuracy and compliance standards.

· Support process improvements and help implement best practices in Order Management.

Knowledge and Experience

· Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

· Minimum 1 years of experience in Order Management or Order-to-Cash operations, preferably in a SaaS.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; prior experience with NetSuite and Salesforce is highly desirable.

· Good understanding of the Order-to-Cash lifecycle, including order entry, contract validation, billing, and revenue support.

· High attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and system integrity.

· Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across Finance, Sales Operations, and cross-functional teams.

· Organized and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
