Introduction

 The Partner Communications Specialist is responsible for executing partner programs to support Optimizely’s goals and priorities through the global partner ecosystem. This role will play a critical role in the execution of the global partner engagement plan, amplify sales and partner enablement promotions and assist with the management partner events to drive Optimizely initiatives. This role will involve work within the Partner Marketing team and with stakeholders across the business. This role requires a self-motivated individual who can manage multiple partner initiatives to continue to build the engagement and communication between Optimizely and the partner channel.  

Job Responsibilities

•    Maintaining the monthly Partner Newsletter.
•    Submitting weekly content for internal digest.
•    Manage the set up and flow of partner-facing webinars
•    Create Zoom webinars with appropriate settings, dates, times, etc
•    Create registration pages in the CMS
•    Work within our Content Marketing Platform to set up and execute campaigns for registration drives and overall awareness to community webinars and enablement webinars. 
•    Work cross-functionally to get messaging on Optimizely initiatives for News + Announcements section in the Optimizely Partner Center.
•    Assist on the execution on core company initiatives communications requests.
•    Support Partner Marketing & Partner Enablement in executing communications plans around their programs.
•    Work with Partner Development Managers on any ad-hoc communication initiatives to help improve partner relationships. 

 

Work hours: Monday to Friday, 2 PM – 10 PM.

Knowledge and Experience

  • Outstanding communication and relationship management skills.

  • A consistent track record of successful audience engagement activities.

  • Experience in planning in-person and virtual events.

  • Proficiency with Marketo, Content Marketing Platform, or other marketing orchestration platforms.

  • Proficiency with Zoom.

  • Proficiency in Optimizely CMS is a plus.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Salesforce Communities is a plus.

  • Strong market knowledge.

  • Ability to build and develop diverse relationships across the business to ensure the Partner community is fully supported.

  • Team player with a strong drive and self-starter mindset.

  • Proficient in English.

Education

Bachelor's degree with 1–3 years of experience.
