Introduction

The EPMO Project Change Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring change initiatives meet objectives by increasing employee engagement and adoption. This person will focus on the people side of change, including supporting key project communications, scheduling and supporting training and enablement activities.  

Their primary responsibility will be to support our projects in ensuring the right stakeholders are engaged at the right level and time to ensure successful roll out of changes to the business.   

Job Responsibilities

  • Documenting a view of key stakeholders and identifying how they should be engaged 
  • Building out and owning change and comms plans in partnership with Project Managers 
  • Coordinating and distributing communications to key stakeholders across the business 
  • Scheduling and where appropriate delivering training sessions 
  • Setting up meetings and workshops 
  • Work with relevant stakeholders across multiple projects simultaneously 
  • Assist the project manager to identify the impact and business strain of the project and its related proposals 

Knowledge and Experience

  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience working in projects and change 
  • A good understanding of how people go through a change and the change process 
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences 
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and influence others  
  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations 
  • Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization 
  • Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others 
  • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle 
  • Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts 
  • A self-starter, with a passion for making a difference 

Education

Qualified in a relevant discipline including:
Change management certification or designation desired, Experienced in the use of MS suite
