Introduction
The Strategy & Transformation function within Technical Support Services (TSS) is responsible for defining and driving the transformation journey for the business — owning the roadmap of initiatives that shape how TSS operates, scales, and delivers value across the organisation. This is a high-visibility function where strategy and execution must move in lockstep. As the first delivery hire into this function, the Project Manager will be the operational enginebehind the transformation portfolio. The role anchors on leading the Product ChampionProgram from day-to-day execution through to stakeholder reporting, while simultaneously managing and overseeing a range of parallel transformation initiatives as they are sequenced throughout the year. The successful candidate will bring structure, rigour, and coordination discipline to a function where those capabilities directly determine the pace of organisational change.
Working hours for this role are 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM Bangladesh Standard Time (BST) Monday-Friday.
Job Responsibilities
The Project Manager, Strategy & Transformation will own delivery execution across the TSS transformation portfolio. This includes leading the Product Champion Program end to end —managing execution planning, driving delivery milestones, coordinating stakeholders across functions, and preparing program reporting for leadership review. Beyond the Product Champion Program, the role extends to concurrent ownership of transformation initiatives on the TSS roadmap, ensuring each workstream is progressing against defined goals and that cross- functional dependencies are actively managed rather than reactively resolved. The PM will establish and maintain a consistent delivery framework across the portfolio — standardising how initiatives are scoped, staged, tracked, and closed — and will serve as the central point of coordination between Strategy & Transformation and the broader internal functions the portfolio depends on, including relevant teams across the business. The role will own the consolidation and preparation of portfolio-wide status reporting, ensuring that leadership has timely, accurate visibility into progress, risks, and issues across every active initiative. Where risks surface, the PM is expected to flag and escalate proactively rather than wait for issues to crystallise.
Knowledge and Experience
- Experience is running transformation projects and Product Champion Program would be a bonus.

- Dependency Management — Systematic approach to identifying, tracking, and resolving cross-functional dependencies before they become delivery blockers.
- Delivery Methodology — Solid grounding in project management methodologies (Agile, hybrid, or Waterfall) and the judgement to apply the right approach to the right initiativerather than defaulting to one framework for everything.
- Attention to Detail — Rigorous in documentation, milestone tracking, and project hygiene; treats process as a delivery enabler rather than administrative overhead.
- Autonomy & Initiative — Able to operate with a high degree of independence, takeownership of workstreams without close supervision, and make day-to-day delivery
decisions within a strategically set direction. - Adaptability — Comfortable managing ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment, without losing sight of the overall portfolio and commitments already in flight.
- Collaboration — Team-oriented and naturally inclusive in how they work across functions; recognises that transformation delivery is inherently cross-functional and approaches coordination accordingly.
- Tools & Technology — Proficient with project management and collaboration tooling; experience with platforms such as Jira, Microsoft Teams, or similar is expected.
