Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Research and Insights Specialist to join the Value Consulting team at Optimizely. This role is exclusively focused on supporting the Value Consulting team and its research, providing specialized insights that directly contribute to our strategic customer engagements and value based enablement. Based in Dhaka, Bangladesh, you will work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver tailored research, build customized benchmarks, and create evidence-based models that align with our customers' needs.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct research using customer data combined with third-party data sources to derive actionable insights.
- Create and maintain dashboards for internal use, focusing on customer benchmarks, performance metrics, and presales reporting.
- Develop evidence-based maturity models tailored to our customers' industries.
- Assist in industry-specific value model research to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify key data requirements and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Perform data cleaning, transformation, and analysis to support various value consulting projects.
- Maintain and update databases used for research.
- Present findings and insights in a clear, concise manner to non-technical stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance the quality and relevance of research outputs.
- Working Hours - 2pm - 10pm Dhaka Time (Monday to Friday)
Knowledge and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Data Analyst, preferably in a consulting or research role.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, PowerBI and other and data visualization software.
- Experience working with large datasets and conducting complex data analysis.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to communicate complex data insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of industry trends, especially in digital experience and optimization, is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Education
Bachelor's of Science or Business Administration preferred or equivalent work experience
