We seek self-starting and curious individuals to join our team. The prospective System Administrator must feel very comfortable learning new technical skills and relevant areas quickly. These engineers will have a lot of autonomy and the ability to innovate in their role. On our team, things work at a very fast pace! Job Responsibilities

Work globally, with a team of system administrators in a 24x7 environment to respond to user tickets 
Manage, configure, and maintain Windows systems (Azure AD, Exchange, Office365) 
Configuration, Administration, and Management of NGFW (Fortinet) 
Identifying and solving any problems that arise with computer networks and systems. 
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues both remotely and in-person.
Assist with the standard build of our corporate operating systems, including macOS, Windows; ensure successful remote and physical laptop deployments (Jamf, Intune). 
Document and maintain accurate installation and procedure guides. 
Troubleshoot technical issues; diagnose and work with third-party vendors as necessary to provide technical resolution – Liaise with 3rd parties (i.e. vendors), as required on a case by case basis 
Maintain occasional availability during out-of-office hours as required  
Perform other job-related responsibilities as required 

Qualifications and Requirements

B.Sc. In CSE/EEE or relevant experience 
Fluent command of English and Bengali 
3-5 years of similar kind of experience 
Experience in ICT support service, networking, server management, inventory management, and documentation 
CCNP, MCSE, MCITP is preferable 

Additional Requirements 

Configure and troubleshoot DC, DNS, AD Users and Computers, AD sites, and services. 
Implement firewall policies for both physical & virtual workloads. 
Assists the supervisor in designing and installing ICT infrastructure 
Maintains and updates ICT stock and inventory 
Reports to team lead all ICT activities and related problems
