Introduction
Join Optimizely as a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist and take the lead in shaping our global talent strategy across multiple business units. This is an exceptional opportunity for a passionate recruiter who excels in managing a diverse array of international roles and thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment. As a TA Specialist, you will have the autonomy to spearhead your recruiting initiatives, cultivate strategic partnerships with hiring leaders, and provide world-class candidate experiences that resonate on an international scale.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee full-cycle recruiting processes, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and efficient candidate journey.
- Deliver an unparalleled 10/10 candidate experience, maintaining high standards of communication and engagement throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Build and nurture strategic relationships with hiring leaders, understanding their unique needs and aligning recruitment strategies to achieve organizational goals.
- Independently source top-tier candidates through a variety of channels and innovative methods.
- Consult with internal teams to provide strategic recruitment insights and solutions, driving excellence in talent acquisition.
Knowledge and Experience
- A minimum of 2 years of formal talent recruitment experience, with a proven track record of successful hires.
- Experience in recruiting for GTM, Engineering, and Product teams is highly desirable.
- At least 2 years of experience working with SuccessFactors or proficiency with diverse recruiting technologies and tools, with a commitment to staying current with industry trends and best practices.
- A strong passion for consulting with internal teams, offering valuable insights, and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Interest in leveraging AI tools to enhance recruitment processes.
