We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Technical QA Engineer to join our highly skilled, professional, and international team of QA engineers and developers. If you are passionate about learning new technologies, testing complex software components, and working in an agile environment, you might be the perfect fit for our team!

Job Responsibilities

  • Review and analyze the market requirement specification (MRD) and software requirements specification (SRS) for each project.
  • Design and execute test scenarios, data, and scripts based on project objectives and quality standards.
  • Verify and test the components developed by the Optimizely development teams using manual and automated methods.
  • Analyze the test results, report, and follow up on the issues with the developers and stakeholders.
  • Communicate proactively and effectively with the project team and the related stakeholders to handle technical issues and ensure quality delivery.
  • Review technical issues in QA and propose advanced solutions and best practices.
  • Set up, maintain, and operate test automation frameworks, tools, and services.

Knowledge and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in software development or equivalent.
  • At least two years of experience in coding, especially in programming languages and web application development.
  • Good experience in automation testing, API testing.
  • Understanding and extensive experience with at least one part of the “Agile Testing Quadrants” methodology.
  • High technical skills, problem solving, attention to detail, and ability to assess and improve the testing process.
  • Being able to set up and configure the testing environments on Google Cloud Platform is an advantage.
  • Excellent skills in English, both written and spoken.
