Introduction
The main responsibility of the IT Financial and Contract Analyst is finding/managing/working with IT vendors to purchase hardware/software efficiently. You will analyze the current cost to suggest the cost saving actions.
Job Responsibilities
- Implements sourcing of IT hardware, software and services as per request.
- Administers ongoing hardware maintenance, software and services IT contracts onboarding, renewal schedule and vendor communications.
- Manages the accurate and efficient processing of contracts, purchase orders, invoices, and associated reporting
- Manages IT vendor performance.
- Analyzes costs across multiple factors (location, product, organization, growth, etc.
- Assists with annual budget development and measurement
- Assists with Onboarding/Offboarding vendors.
- Assists staff with asset management.
- Coordinates with IT staff on purchasing transactions.
- Coordinates with Procurement and Finance staff on IT related processes.
- Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge and Experience
- 2+ years of purchasing experience (both local and overseas), IT experience is a plus
- 2+ years of accounting exposure related to AP/AR/GL/FA. Global experience is a plus
- Strong financial analysis skills in Excel
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English
- Ability to work independently and effectively communicate across time zones.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance
