Introduction
An IT Financial and Contract Associate will assist with the development, maintenance, and implementation of IT solutions for our company. In this role, you will be required to handle the analysis of our IT systems, develop strategies for optimization, manage all procedures relating to implementation, and run regular checks on your work.
To ensure success as an IT Financial and Contract Associate, you will have a keen understanding of IT best practices and be skilled at adapting their approaches on the fly. A top-notch IT Financial and Contract Associate is passionate about the merging of business and IT systems and has practical expertise in developing and implementing solutions across various sectors.
You will interact with a wide range of internal customers at various levels of technical understanding to solve simple to complex problems.
Job Responsibilities
Is responsible for the delivery of a specific feature / process / program
Is starting to be recognized for knowledge in a particular focus area by your team
Accountable for delivering quality, on time work product; may also contribute to team work product.
Contributes documentation for internal IT members and internal customers; improves existing documentation.
Analyzes operational IT service experience and seeks to improve workflows and systems.
Troubleshoot, research, and solve simple to complex problems relating to software and company devices.
Communicate complex technical problems in simplified language where appropriate
Practice empathy for user problems regardless of user contribution to problems
Understand how and when data flows through IT systems or into IT systems
Escalates problems that are too complex or require IT Infrastructure involvement.
Asks clarifying questions and reads/listens thoroughly to understand user perspective.
Knowledge and Experience
Knows and masterfully executes the fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of particular field of specialization
Starting to develop advanced, specialized skills specific to the role / areas of expertise
Shows a willingness to learn more about their specific industry, best practices, and apply to Optimizely as appropriate
Education
BS in an information technology or computer science related field or experience in an IT role. Microsoft or infrastructure related certifications a plus.
