We ensure that executive management have the insights they need, that the field is empowered to exceed customer expectations, and that internal teams have the processes and tools to be effective.

 

We’re looking for a Business Analyst to drive efficiency and excellence in our Contract Lifecycle Management systems (specifically Conga) and ensure Sales is empowered to self-serve as much as possible. This role offers a lot of autonomy for an experienced CLM Analyst to engage with senior stakeholders in Sales and Operations teams for requirements and implement improvements to our systems and processes. The ideal candidate will have the technical expertise and inclination to roll up their sleeves and implement changes in the system directly as well as collaborating closely with our team of Salesforce Administrators as needed.

Job Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Sales and Deal Desk leadership to gather requirements and understand business needs
  • Implement and test configuration changes to the system and support in user training
  • Advise on what the system is capable of and give recommendations on best practice
  • Work in alignment with the wider Salesforce team on projects and initiatives that span multiple stages in the customer lifecycle
  • Continuously strive to drive improvement in our CLM workflow to deliver better customer outcomes
  • Troubleshoot tickets and user bugs related with CLM

Knowledge and Experience

  • Hands on experience configuring Conga and designing CLM processes
  • Project management experience including soliciting, gathering, and analysing user input and requirements; documenting user stories and creating to-be process flow diagrams; and collaborating with business stakeholders
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders in the Sales team
  • Proven ability leveraging analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong presentation, communication (written and verbal) skills, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks within a collaborative team environment
  • Demonstrates flexibility and willingness to do what it takes to get the job done
  • Drive and desire to learn and grow both technical and functional skill sets

Education

Degree educated (or have equivalent experience or qualifications).
