Introduction

The Senior Campaign Marketing Manager is responsible for planning and executing effective marketing campaigns to promote Optimizely’s products and services. The manager will be responsible to ensure that campaigns are completed on time, within budget, and achieve their objectives. The ideal candidate should be a strategic thinker with experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns across various channels. in driving pipeline and revenue for Optimizely.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote the Optimizely’s products and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and creative teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with business objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Create campaign briefs and ensure all stakeholders understand the campaign goals, timelines, and expected outcomes.
  • Conduct market research and analyze campaign performance data to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Create and execute integrated marketing campaigns and other digital marketing initiatives. Develop promotional materials such as social media posts, advertisements, and landing pages to support campaigns.
  • Identify and engage with external partners to support campaign objectives.
  • Communicate campaign results and insights to stakeholders and senior management.

Knowledge and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in campaign management or related marketing roles.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in using data to drive decision-making.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and concepts to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and creatively to develop effective campaigns.
  • Experience in managing budgets and resources.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate cross-functional teams.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
