Introduction
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Customer Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in customer marketing and will be responsible for owning the strategy for creating compelling customer stories that align with our company's goals and big bets. This role requires excellent written and communication skills, the ability to pivot quickly, and strong attention to detail.
Job Responsibilities
• Develop and Execute Customer Story Strategy: Create and implement a strategy for developing customer stories that resonate with our target audience and align with our company's strategic goals.
• Content Production: Work closely with various teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, to execute customer interviews and create written and video content.
• Content Management: Own the digital display and sharing of customer content to ensure maximum impact. Manage how content is displayed on our website and across other digital platforms.
• Identify Key Customers: Partner with the Customer Success team to identify the right customers for interviews based on core topics and themes we aim to capture.
• Marketing Campaign Integration: Collaborate with the wider marketing team to incorporate customer stories into our marketing campaigns and website content.
• Effectiveness Tracking and Goal Setting: Track and measure the effectiveness of customer content and set measurable goals to ensure continuous improvement.
• Customer Evidence Management: Create and maintain our Customer Evidence page and collateral, ensuring it is up-to-date and impactful.
• Collaboration with Solution Strategy Team: Work on specific plays with the Solution Strategy team to drive strategic initiatives.
• Sales Enablement: Prepare and distribute sales enablement content around customer use cases for internal events such as Sales & Marketing bootcamps.
Knowledge and Experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in customer marketing, product marketing, content marketing or a related field.
• Proven ability to develop and execute customer story strategies aligned with company goals.
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with senior leaders and customers.
• Strong written skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to manage workload, prioritize tasks, and pivot quickly when needed.
• General product knowledge and the ability to discuss product features with customers and senior leaders.
• Experience with content management systems and digital marketing tools is a plus.
