About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Product Operations Manager to join our fast-paced and collaborative Product team. This is a high-impact Individual Contributor role responsible for keeping the wheels turning on core Product Ops functions, while also contributing to strategic projects that will elevate how we operate as a product organization.

We are looking for a First Principles thinker who can quickly challenge and reframe assumptions to drive innovation for complex problems, work collaboratively with key business stakeholders such a legal, compliance, and go-to-market teams, while executing on the core goal of bringing value and operational excellence to our global Product organization.

This person will own the day-to-day operational backbone of Product Ops—everything from tooling and process maintenance to beta program management and Product Manager enablement—while also helping us push forward broad improvements to how we deliver and bring new product capabilities to market.

You’ll be joining our Product Operations team at a pivotal moment as we scale to support the building and delivery of top-tier products and features.

What You'll Do

~60% Excellence in Product Operations Execution & Maintenance

  • Plan and manage internal Product organization events such as Product All Hands and Open House-style knowledge sharing sessions
  • Coordinate and/or contribute to key touchpoints across Product and cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., release planning, governance, compliance/security reviews)
  • Facilitate internal education and communication to drive awareness across teams about product org structure, priorities, and updates
  • Lead cross-functional efforts to improve organizational transparency and business understanding of product initiatives
  • Support beta program management and ongoing engagement workflows with internal and external testers
  • Champion tool rollout, adoption, and usage across the Product org—including new tool enablement, support, and ongoing performance evaluation
  • Manage the organization and structure of internal documentation and templates (e.g., PRDs, roadmaps, knowledge templates, SharePoint, Confluence
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to support product-led adoption initiatives and multi-disciplinary tool integration
  • Regularly evaluate and optimize internal tools and processes to ensure they support team efficiency, clarity, and effectiveness

 

~40% Strategic Support & Special Projects

  • Lead or contribute to “chief of staff”-style initiatives and strategic projects driven by Product leadership
  • Help evolve and scale how the Product Operations team supports the business, particularly around delivery, enablement, and ready-to-sell processes
  • Identify and implement opportunities to streamline cross-functional collaboration and ensure teams are equipped to drive impact at scale

Requirements

Basic -  the experience you need for this role:

  • 4–6 years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, or Product Management at a Saas software company
  • You’re a First Principles thinker who can quickly challenge and reframe assumptions to drive innovation for complex problems
  • You're great at identifying processes impediments and ideating on potential solutions
  • You bring strong project execution skills—you’re organized, action-oriented, and comfortable multi-tasking on multiple project streams
  • Confidence working with and influencing cross-functional teams and processes
  • Operationally minded with a knack for scaling processes without adding red tape
  • Comfortable using and managing common product and collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft 365 suite, analytics tools)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; can synthesize and share information clearly and concisely
  • You have a startup mindset and are proactive in finding ways to make things better
  • Experience using and/or building AI tools for internal teams – you'll need to show us some examples of how you’re using AI to accelerate your work

 

Nice to Have – the skills that will make you particularly successful in this role:

  • Track record with leading complex product solutions as well as internal processes across a multi-product suite
  • Experience with some of the product tools we use such as UserFlow, UserVoice, Coda, Lucid, Aha, Jira Align, Jira Advanced Roadmaps
  • Experience using and building internal tools with Google AI and ML products such as Gemini and Vertex AI
  • Experience in a scale-up product company with a product org of 100+ people
  • You consider your ability to influence others a strength and have a history of bringing people together to solve problems collaboratively
