Introduction
In this role, the Senior Sales Analyst will be well versed in working with stakeholders at all levels and not just able to take on requirements but shape requirements through their breadth of knowledge. They should be able to take a strategic view on report creation through critical thinking to derive impactful insights for the sales organization. They should be experienced in an array of analytics tools, visualization, and data aggregation techniques.
Job Responsibilities
- Creating and building out sales KPIs
- Analyzing and interpreting trends and providing actionable insights using data sources
- Deep diving and troubleshooting performance issues
- Creating, building, and maintaining reporting suites
- Working directly with key stakeholders to understand their business needs, while delivering insights and strategies in a consultative capacity
- Identifying new opportunities in how we utilize data
Knowledge and Experience
- Ability to interpret data and draw conclusions
- Collation, manipulation, analysis & presentation of data
- Experience in building reports in MS Power BI/Clari
- Experience in drawing in data from multiple complex sources
- Excellent communication skills with experience working with customers
- High level of attention to detail and numeracy
- Ability to explain technical aspects of the service with non-technical audience
- Innovative and creative with a logical and methodical approach to problem solving
- Good team player but ability to work independently when required
- Excellent MS Excel skills

- Salesforce Experience
- SQL Experience
- Experience with Snowflake and PowerBI
- Experience with Clari
Education
Relevant degree or minimum 5 years in a Sales Analyst role
