Introduction
The Senior Solution Enablement Manager will play a critical role in supporting the Enablement team’s training and development initiatives in upskilling Optimizely employees to extol the value of Optimizely One and the inherent solutions.
This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, a pro-active mindset, and a desire to grow within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Working closely with the Enablement team and other GTM functions, this individual will be a product and product messaging specialist with the ability to educate and enable Optimizely team members, manage enablement content, and build excellent relationships across the organization.
Job Responsibilities
- Have a clear understanding of our product offerings and be able to provide demonstrations to show their capabilities.
- Understand where Optimizely sits in the wider marketplace, who the competitors are and be able to articulate the benefits of Optimizely in comparison.
- Lead and deliver training sessions with a clear understanding of our go-to-market messaging.
- Work with GTM and internal content delivery teams on the creation of content and videos to support training sessions.
- Confidently be able to write blog posts and presentations.
- Travel between EMEA office locations is required.
Knowledge and Experience
- Strong public speaking and communication skills.
- Strong project management and organizational skills required, with the ability to operate effectively with multiple priorities.
- Excellent writing and editing skills with ability to write for different audiences/cultures, using different formats and channels.
- Ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders and across partner organizations.
- Possesses product/technology/industry knowledge as well as a broad understanding of complex customer environments.
- Experience designing, developing and creating engaging content.
- Commitment to excellence, high integrity, high energy, team player.
- Ability to excel and make an immediate impact in a fast-paced environment
Education
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
