Introduction

Join Optimizely as a dynamic Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist and take the lead in shaping our global talent strategy across multiple business units. This is an exceptional opportunity for a passionate recruiter who excels in managing a diverse array of international roles and thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment. As a Senior TA Specialist, you will have the autonomy to spearhead your recruiting initiatives, cultivate strategic partnerships with hiring leaders, and provide world-class candidate experiences. This is a 1 year full time opportunity. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee full-cycle recruiting processes, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and efficient candidate journey
  • Deliver a 10/10 candidate experience, maintaining high standards of communication and engagement throughout the recruitment lifecycle
  • Build and nurture strategic relationships with hiring leaders, understanding their unique needs and aligning recruitment strategies to achieve organizational goals
  • Independently source top-tier candidates through a variety of channels and innovative methods
  • Consult with internal teams to provide strategic recruitment insights and solutions, driving excellence in talent acquisition.

Knowledge and Experience

  • A minimum of 4 years of formal talent recruitment experience, with a proven track record of successful hires
  • Experience in recruiting for GTM, Engineering, and Product teams is highly desirable
  • At least 2 years of experience working with SuccessFactors or proficiency with diverse recruiting technologies and tools, with a commitment to staying current with industry trends and best practices
  • A strong passion for consulting with internal teams, offering valuable insights, and fostering a collaborative environment
  • Interest in leveraging AI tools to enhance recruitment processes.

Education

Bachelor's Degree
