The Marketing Performance Analyst will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on global business results across Optimizely’s full product portfolio. This is a high visibility cross functional role which will frequently present to and interact with marketing leadership. In this role you will deep dive into lead creation results and trends, funnel tracking, pipeline and revenue reporting, forecasting, and identifying areas of opportunity and improvement for the business.  You will be an expert on marketing performance across all sales territories and products while identifying areas of opportunity and making recommendations to improve performance.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain reporting on territory and product performance in partnership with the GTM analytics team
  • Work with SDR leadership to proactively monitor the lead funnel and identify areas of opportunity
  • Develop and maintain reporting joining digital marketing data from site analytics and ad platforms with CRM data
  • Assist with the creation of quarterly performance forecasts
  • Present readouts on performance to marketing leadership
  • Assist with SDR capacity planning

Knowledge and Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing performance analytics for a B2B software company, preferably within a marketing operations or marketing team
  • Must be highly proficient with excel
  • Experience with building reporting from Salesforce
  • Experience with digital marketing reporting using site analytics and ad platform data
  • Highly motivated self-starter who thrives on working in a complex and rapidly evolving business
  • Excellent communicator with proven ability to clearly convey ideas and data in presentations
  • Detail-oriented and able to drive multiple initiatives simultaneously and execute flawlessly in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to manage time and multiple priorities with a variety of internal stakeholders


College degree required with a preferred emphasis in marketing, analytics, and/or general business; MBA a plus.

Education or equivalent experience in marketing analytics.
