Support Education team in all kinds of communication with mainly customers and partners through LMS, CMS and Email as well as collaborating with eLearning designers on scripts when needed.

Job Responsibilities

•    Write clear and informative content on various relevant topics for multiple platforms, such as LMS, websites, email marketing, product descriptions and social media.
•    Content includes product descriptions, customer communications, eLearning scripts, marketing newsletters and more.
•    Prepare well-structured drafts using our CMS and LMS
•    Editing and polishing existing content to improve readability
•    Revising existing content to reflect business changes or new preferences
•    Proofread and edit communications before publication to ensure it is free of grammatical or factual errors and follows all brand editorial guidelines for consistency.
•    Collaborate with eLearning designers and trainers on educational texts
•    Use SEO best practices to increase traffic to our LMS and web pages
•    Identify customers’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics
•    Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone)

Knowledge and Experience

•    Proven work experience as a Content Writer, copywriter or similar role
•    Portfolio of published articles
•    Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems
