Introduction

The Senior Total Rewards Analyst supports compensation and benefits administration by focusing on practical implementation, data management, and employee communications. This role actively participates in compensation initiatives, merit cycle management, and benefit projects, ensuring accurate and efficient program delivery.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support the Total Rewards Manager with maintaining and updating salary structures, including job grades, pay bands, and market data. 
  • Support the annual merit cycle, including data gathering, system uploads, verification, and reporting. 
  • Assist with the execution of benefit programs, particularly within the US, including annual enrollment, benefit audits and vendor interactions. 
  • Develop, deliver and update communication materials to inform employees about benefits programs. 
  • Conduct market research, participate in salary surveys, and perform benchmarking analysis to support competitive compensation practices. 
  • Manage and maintain compensation and benefit data within our HR system (SuccessFactors). 
  • Be trusted advisor to the broader HR team, inclusive of HRBP’s and Regional Leads.  
  • Prepare internal communications and reports regarding compensation and benefits updates, policy changes, and cycle outcomes. 
  • Generate, maintain and provide monthly and quarterly reports as required; for employee recognition program, leave of absence and benefits programs. 
  • Prepare, track and process employee recognition awards. 
  • Perform regular audits on benefits enrollment and compensation data to ensure compliance and accuracy. 
  • Perform other duties as assigned. 

Knowledge and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience). 
  • Professional experience in total rewards, particularly on compensation and benefits projects.  
  • Strong proficiency with HR information systems such as SuccessFactors 
  • Exceptional analytical abilities with keen attention to detail. 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of clear and effective employee interactions. 
  • Ability to effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously, especially during peak operational periods. 

Education

Bachelor’s degree preferred, preferably in Human Resources or a related field. Minimum 5 years' experience in total rewards (Compensation or benefits) or related human resources (Payroll, HR Operations) experience preferred.
