Job Responsibilities

Guide technical client resources through the successful adoption of a technical Optimizely Data Platform (ODP) integrations including click connectors, custom integrations, campaign development and execution across channels (Email, SMS, Web Push, App Push, etc.)
Communicate product knowledge and concepts clearly and concisely as required to both technical and non-technical audiences including marketing, analysts, and developers
Solve and incorporate technical complex customer, marketing, technical and organizational challenges
Provide rules of engagement as you work with customers to assist them as through the implementation process while assisting them as they troubleshoot JavaScript, basic Liquid campaigns and SQL / Database Modeling integration
Balance multiple customers facing projects/priorities at once while meeting appropriate timelines
Identify potential challenges and recognize resources required for resolution
Work closely with the Onboarding team and Customer Success Managed team to provide all the information required to support ongoing specific complex product implementations related to scope, timeline, and budget with extensive product knowledge, answering questions, and demonstrating product capabilities as needed.

Knowledge and Experience

3 years + SaaS experience
Highly driven with a strong desire to achieve top results and break through barriers, determined to adapt quickly and comfortable with some ambiguity
Knowledge of JavaScript, JSON, Liquid, SQL / Database Modeling, and/or willingness to learn
Understanding of Restful APIs, how to troubleshoot, and guide developers thru implementation
Familiarity with key AWS services (S3, Lambda) and/or willingness to learn.
Strong customer-facing skills, able to maintain and drive relationships with multiple stakeholders from developers to marketers
Strong verbal and written communication skills when working with both technical and non-technical audiences with the ability to explain product concepts including market positioning clearly and thoughtfully, analytical and technical knowledge
Comfortable articulating customer concerns and challenges to the Product, Sales, and other internal teams as an advocate on our customers behalf
Ability to work well under pressure, while retaining focus and composure
Drive to learn and share knowledge with customers and teammates
Confident; self-motivated and driven to achieve
Energetic, lively and have an engaging personality and enjoy working in a team environment
Strong work ethic and good organizational skills

Education

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
