Introduction

As Field Marketing Manager, you align with our North America go-to-market (GTM) teams to turn strategy into action. This is a temporary role through July 2027. You'll work alongside sales, business development, and marketing leaders to build plays, drive pipeline, and get the right accounts in the room.

Field programs are your toolkit: trade shows, hosted events, roundtables, virtual events, and direct mail. You'll bring global campaigns to life locally, and speak up when a program doesn't fit your market.

Job Responsibilities

  • Plan and run your segment's mix of trade shows, hosted events, executive roundtables, virtual events, and direct mail.
  • Run production end to end. Venue sourcing, vendor contracts, booth design and builds, AV, catering, swag, shipping, and onsite logistics.
  • Manage budgets and vendors. Build event budgets, negotiate contracts, track spend, and keep every program on time and on budget.
  • Fill the room. Work with sales, SDRs, and ABM on target account lists, invite strategy, and registration goals.
  • Produce virtual events. Run webinars and virtual roundtables, from speaker prep and run of show to platform setup and recordings.
  • Ship direct mail that gets opened. Build ABM direct mail campaigns that turn target accounts into meetings.
  • Close the loop. Get leads to sales fast, run post-event follow-up, and report attendance, pipeline, and ROI for every event.
  • Co-host events with our top partners, with support from global partner marketing, to create pipeline at scale.
  • Use event and pipeline data to decide what to repeat, what to fix, and what to cut.
  • Build steady relationships with sales, marketing, and customer success leaders, including AM and CSM activities that follow our customer marketing strategy.
  • Plan and work in the open so other field leaders can see what you're doing and borrow what works.
  • Travel when required (30-60%).

Knowledge and Experience

  • 3+ years managing event production across trade shows, hosted events, executive roundtables, virtual events, direct mail, etc.
  • Experience in B2B tech or enterprise software marketing. SaaS is a plus.
  • A track record of delivering events on time and on budget, including vendor management and contract negotiation.
  • Hands-on experience with event and marketing tools such as Sendoso, virtual event platforms, and Salesforce.
  • Comfort onsite. You stay calm when the booth shipment is late and the keynote runs long.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to influence people who don't report to you, including cross-functional teams you lead without formal authority.
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to run several events at once in a fast-moving business.
  • Range, from event strategy to creative, detailed execution.
  • Clear communication, written and verbal, that gets ideas and data across to any audience.
  • Fluency in English, written and spoken.

College degree required with a preferred emphasis in marketing, communications, and/or general business; MBA a plus
