Newly created Senior Director, Sales Development opportunity to support NA and APJ regions. This individual will be responsible for leading managers and overseeing SDR's. 

Job Responsibilities

  • As the Senior Director of Sales Development, you are responsible for the strategy and leadership of the inbound lead qualification and outbound prospecting pipeline. You will lead the Sales Development Manager
  • This is a highly strategic role that works closely with Marketing and Sales leadership to devise the best tactics to increase demand generation and set weekly and monthly KPIs. 
  • Coach and train SDR talent
  • Asses and oversee activity to performance metrics 
  • Create opportunities resulting from inbound MQL's and outbound prospecting, aligning to sales territories 

Knowledge and Experience

•    5+ years of Sales Management/ experience in a SaaS space
•    A minimum of 5 years’ experience in software sales; prior experience cold calling and creating pipeline for a SaaS software team.
