Introduction

The  Product Owner will help lead the charge in designing and drafting requirements for our technical/backend features, including internal and third-party integrations (e.g. ERP, payment gateways, tax systems, etc.), API designs, support/developer tooling, etc. 

Job Responsibilities

Own analysis, research, detailed design and validation of our platform features for B2B Commerce Cloud.
Take ownership and responsibility for internal and third-party integrations.
Work with subject matter experts, engineers and documentation to define and formally map integration requirements.
Create documentation so that integration developers can create integrate code.
Take the lead on integration-related support cases to research the issue, stay connected with the customer or partner to identify and resolve any issues that arise during testing.
Act as the Scrum Master for the development teams.
Create stories and acceptance criteria for the features to be worked on by the team.
Collaborates with Product Management for overall product direction & vision, but owns much of the tactical approach and sequencing of work.

Knowledge and Experience

Team player - someone who is more concerned for the good of the company, its customers, and other team members than being a point-prover or silo-builder.
Ability to learn quickly and manage themselves independently, making appropriate decisions to ensure company and personal goals are met.
Understands the business and technical side of software.
Strong problem-solving skills and translating complex business problems to application solutions.
3+ years’ experience as a Product Owner (PO) or Business Analyst (BA) for digital platforms.
Prioritizing work and delivering on time.
Data mapping & drafting user requirements.
Working successfully in a fast-paced environment.
Navigating third party technical documentation, tools and technical concepts, including: SQL, APIs (e.g. REST, ODATA), XML, JSON, etc.
Proficient in using software development lifecycle (SDLC), design and collaboration tools, including Jira, Confluence, Team City, Aha, Visio, Invision, Figma etc.

Bachelor's Degree preferred
