Introduction

The Project Manager role is a dynamic customer facing position that consults with customers and partners on best practices with regards to implementations of our commerce, content management, and digital marketing solutions.  The position will include supporting customers and partners with project delivery tasks, project management, resource management and strategy. This is a 12 month contract. 

Job Responsibilities

Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project
Contribute and facilitate the completion of proposals, SOWs, and Change Orders
Develop a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities
Manage customer expectations and requirements related to Episerver product suite and Expert Services implementation approach
Serve as a liaison between Episerver and external teams, such as Agencies, to ensure successful delivery of projects
Document all project activities including the collaboration across team members
Establish a communication schedule to update internal/external stakeholders on the progress of the project
Ensure that the project deliverables are on time and of high quality
Evaluate the outcomes and success criteria of the project as established during the discovery phase
Lead agile project teams within Episerver Expert Services to evaluate the customer’s web and online strategies, and deliver the appropriate integrated solution
Responsible for delivering projects that result in referenceable customers
Produce weekly project status reports that will include scope, budget, and time
Conduct customer presentations and product demonstrations to educate customers on how Episerver and Expert Services will provide added value and/or drive business value
Likely need to travel for critical customer facing meetings (such as discovery workshops)

Knowledge and Experience

5+ years of project and construction management experience
Strong verbal and written in English communication
University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Certified in project management preferred (e.g. Prince2, PMI, Scrum)
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Microsoft Project and Agile development tools
Willingness to travel and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
High Commercial awareness and customer focus
Knowledge of general industry terms and conditions
Domain expertise with Episerver CMS/Commerce or some experience with other content management systems
Experience working or leading development teams

Education

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
