Introduction

Senior Human Resources Specialist is handling full scope of HR activities for multiple countreis and leads continuous improvement activities and projects on a regional or global level.

This person is responsible for providing Human Resources support to employees in multiple companies across multiple locations in duties including but not limited to: employee relations, coaching managers and supervisors in HR compliance issues in accordance with local regulations, compensation/benefit program administration, maintenance of employee records in multiple systems and managing the onboarding process.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manages the execution of core HR Operations activities and programs including, but not limited to, new hire onboarding, performance management program, and other across multiple countries and globally
  • Immplements HR solutions in assigned countries with input from CoE HR programs
  • Leads both operational and directional aspects of a specific feature / process / program on regional or global level
  • Working cross team lines and be more cross-functional in nature​.
  • Is recognized as a subject matter expert for a particular focus area
  • Manages and executes on complicated projects end-to-end​.
  • Works on problems of diverse scope that require an analysis or evaluation of a variety of factors / data / situations​.
  • Demonstrates solid judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions​.
  • Assignments may require a solution not governed by a defined method or procedure​.
  • Seeks ways to simplify and streamline communication, processes and deliverables.
  • Takes calculated risks based on business acumen and available data.
  • Makes a well-reasoned response even when faced with incomplete or contradictory information​.

Knowledge and Experience

  • Expertise of broad knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures of particular field of specialization to solve difficult assignments.
  • Experience managing full life cycle HR Administration within multipule countries
  • Capacity to apply discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information
  • Proactively applies knowledge to solve problems​

Education

  • Minimum of 3 years of HR experience
  • HR qualification preferred
