Introduction

The Enablement Associate role is an entry level, administrative support position at the heart of the Enablement team. This will involve partnering with the Enablement team and other GTM functions to coordinate multiple training programs, manage training related content and systems, including reporting relating to certifications and building relationships across our global GTM organisation. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinating and scheduling training sessions and meetings with relevant stakeholders. 
  • Managing the administration of training materials and resources. 
  • Tracking and reporting on training attendance and completion. 
  • Collaborating with other teams to ensure smooth and efficient scheduling and coordination of enablement initiatives. These additional responsibilities could help to streamline the coordination and administration of enablement tasks and improve the overall efficiency of the role. 

Knowledge and Experience

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to effectively schedule and coordinate training sessions across multiple time zones. 
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to maintain up-to-date and accurate records of completed trainings. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders across different time zones and locations. 
  • Proficiency in using technology and tools to manage scheduling, coordination, and record-keeping. 
  • A proactive and solution-oriented approach, with the ability to anticipate and address potential challenges and obstacles. 
  • A commitment to continuous learning and improvement, with the ability to adapt to changing needs and requirements. 

Education

A bachelor's degree is preferred, or relevant professional experience.
