Introduction

The Senior Financial Analyst (SFA) will report to the Manager, FP&A as part of the global FP&A team, focusing on Annualized Recurring Revenue (ARR) reporting.  They will be the lead FP&A representative for Data Services, Order Management and Customer Success to leverage during monthly reviews and reconciliations guiding all stakeholders to follow our ARR definitions and support accurate topline financial reporting.

Job Responsibilities

  • Attend daily standup calls with the Data Services team (based in Dhaka) as an FP&A representative.
  • Advise stakeholders in ARR alignment calls and ‘Sales Bookings to ARR’ reconciliation and present reviewed outputs to leadership.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to reach deadlines in monthly and quarterly close schedule, communicating risks to the deadline.
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide thorough analysis and defect mitigation for Workday Adaptive Planning software and Data Warehouse tables.
  • Ensure ARR data loaded into our financial forecasting software (Workday Adaptive Planning) is accurate, matches the Data Warehouse, and takes action to resolve discrepancies.
  • Enter financial reporting adjustments into Adaptive Workday Planning.
  • Support actuals to variance analysis.
  • Assist in preparation of topline annual budget and monthly forecasts.
  • Working hours - Monday to Friday, 2pm - 10pm Dhaka time

Knowledge and Experience

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience financial planning & analysis, or other data analytics and modeling related fields
  • BA / BS in finance or related subject
  • Experience in SaaS software company preferably with experience Annualized Recurring Revenue
  • Ability to organize and priorities to meet multiple deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to present results in a clear, well formatted, and understandable way
  • Flexibility working with different time zones (US and EMEA)
