Introduction

Energetic, outgoing, and passionate about technology, the Lead Solution Architect Role combines detailed technical knowledge with a dedication to the sales process and customer success. The Lead Solution Architect will support sales productivity, partner enablement, and customer evaluations by collaborating closely with product and technical teams to highlight the many ways Optimizely solutions meet customer needs.

Job Responsibilities

Work is self-generated and self-directed based on manager approved goals​

Project scope becomes more strategic in nature​

Knowledge and Experience

Mastery of particular fields of specialization to the completion of complex assignments, and the industry more broadly​

Shows expertise in a specific feature / process / program within the function​

Business acumen is moderate, and recognizes causation between own group and immediate stakeholder groups​

Education

Master's of Science or Business Administration preferred or equivalent work experience. Computer Science background preffered.
