Introduction

The Business Analyst will be responsible for delivering high quality business analysis in support of BIOS projects and programmes including identifying, documenting and surfaces business challenges, gathering requirements, providing insight, designing documentation and building out as is and to be processes.  They will apply recognsied and agreed tools and techniques.

Job Responsibilities

  • Gather requirements for projects related to enterprise systems, integrations, processes, and operations including conducting interviews with key stakeholders
  • Apply best practice approaches to projects utilising recognised Business Analysis tools, techniques and disciplines.  
  • Work closely with BIOS colleagues to successfully deliver projects and change following best practice approaches in Business Analysis 
  • Create and maintain documentation in partnership with cross-departmental teams 
  • Facilitate discussions with business owners in working sessions to understand requirements, find common ground, and evaluate acceptable solutions
  • Identify gaps in process, operations, and systems 
  • Document current state processes and define new process in partnership with key stakeholders 
  • Work with relevant subject matter experts, and other resources to review and contribute to technical designs and project plans
  • Understand the data flows between systems
  • Develop and maintain trust cross-departmentally
  • Work closely with key EPMO / BIOS roles including the project manager and change manager and also key specialists in both IT and Data Services

Working Hours: Sunday - Thursday (2:00pm-10:00pm)

Knowledge and Experience

  • 3+ years working as a Business Analyst to support the successful deliver of projects
  • Highly proficient with the tools and techniques related to Business Analysis
  • Experience working with a Global Software Company
  • Previous exposure to enterprise systems (such as Salesforce and Netsuite)
  • Relevant qualifications in Business Analysis

Education

  • University degree with a focus in management, finance, or technology, or Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT or Telecommunication or equivalent
  • Good-to-have: Globally recognized certification in business analysis and/or project management
