Introduction

Optimizely is seeking a motivated Audit Analyst who has a passion for data quality management of financial and customer data to join the central Data Services Team. You will work cross-functionally to maintain the integrity and accuracy of monthly and quarterly financial data reporting, which is critical to strategic decision-making and compliance within our SaaS environment

Job Responsibilities


•    Collaborative Engagement: Actively engage with all stakeholders involved in ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) data – go-to-market (GTM), Order Management, Customer Success, and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to ensure comprehensive audit coverage.
•    Commercial Acumen: Efficiently check contracts, bookings and order value, comparing and
reconciling data between Salesforce, NetSuite and Data Warehouse systems.
•    Effective communication: Ability to discuss various customer cases with business stakeholders and reach consensus on the true status of these data points.
•    Timely Completion of Audit: Contribute to the ARR audit close process 
•    Quality Assurance: Focus on 100% data quality for the audit, striving for accuracy in each review and documenting fixes for data issues.
•    Risk Control: Contribute to applying all data fixes within the ‘open period’ to uphold data integrity and FP&A principles. Identify potential risks related to financial reporting and work with relevant teams to develop mitigation strategies.

 

Knowledge and Experience


•    Finance domain understanding.
•    Good communication skills and the ability to manage timelines effectively.
•    Self-starter that can take ownership of tasks and see those through to completion.
•    Good verbal and written English communication (besides native language)
•    Good proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
•    Excel Expert
•    PowerBI and SQL
•    Snowflake and DBT knowledge/experience nice to have

Education

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
