Introduction

The Enablement Associate role is an entry level, administrative support position at the heart of the Enablement team. This will involve working with the Partner Enablement Team and other GTM functions to coordinate multiple training programs, manage training related content and systems, including reporting relating to certifications and building relationships across our global Partner organization.  

Job Responsibilities

  • Managing the administration of training materials and resources. 
  • Preparing, organizing and managing Partner-related content and assets which includes but is not limited to brand-specific PowerPoint presentations, product-specific training courses, marketplace and agent directory listings. 
  • Tracking and reporting on training completion and assessment stats.
  • Collaborating with other teams to ensure smooth and efficient coordination of partner enablement initiatives. These additional responsibilities could help to streamline the coordination and administration of enablement tasks and improve the overall efficiency of the role.  

 

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM Dhaka time [Hybrid] 

 

Knowledge and Experience

  • Experience in working with teams across different time zones and departmental functions. 
  • Familiar with working in various Learning Management Systems (LMS), with the ability to effectively build training sessions for multiple partners across different time zones. 
  • Experience in working with any Content Management System (CMS) is an added advantage. 
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to maintain up-to-date and accurate records of completed trainings.  
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders across different time zones and locations.  
  • A proactive and solution-oriented approach, with the ability to anticipate and address potential challenges and obstacles.  
  • A commitment to continuous learning and improvement, with the ability to adapt to changing needs and requirements.  

Education

A bachelor's degree is preferred, or relevant professional experience.
