Introduction

As an FP&A Analyst you will work closely with the financial controllers and departmental budget holders across the business. You will be responsible for providing in depth forecasting, analysis and modelling, working with R&D and Product stakeholders to improve visibility, product gross margin, and support leadership decision making. 
 

Job Responsibilities

  • Build and present financial reports and models to provide strategic direction and create annual budget and monthly forecasts of cloud infrastructure costs. 
  • Develop insightful views into cloud cost and usage data that enable executives to understand spend and improves forecasting methodologies. Drive visibility of cloud cost management and support implement cost allocation to improve gross margin transparency. 
  • Interact closely with the accounting team and support with monthly, quarterly and year end closing (handling accruals and cloud cost vendor invoices).  
  • Help drive, create and review improved KPIs, dashboards and reporting 
  • Maintenance of planning software and reporting tools, with actuals from Netsuite updated on a monthly basis

Knowledge and Experience

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English 
  • 2-4 years of financial experience. Understands financial reporting and key financial metrics. 
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel and financial modelling (query experience a plus) 
  • Experience in financial planning & analysis, or other data analytics and modelling related fields 
  • Ability to present results in a clear, well formatted understandable way 
  • Ability to organize and priorities to meet multiple deadlines 
  • International/multi-currency experience preferred (but not required) 
  • PowerBI & Excel Experience highly desired. 
  • Able to navigate through financial systems, and build financial reports and analysis that give better visibility into the financial performance of the business. Manages financial process and effectively can communicate back to all levels of the organization. 

Education

BA / BS in Finance or related subject
